ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Dr. George Christodoulides is a consultant anaesthetist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust with over 20 years of experience in practicing medicine. He has a particular interest in anaesthesia for robotic thoracic and urological cases, as well as difficult airway management for head and neck surgical cases. Dr. Christodoulides also has a passion for education, directing the renowned “One Lung Ventilation Course” at Guy’s Hospital in London and teaching at a number of airway courses, workshops and simulations that have taken place across the world.

Dr. Danai Khemasuwan is Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of the Interventional Pulmonary Fellowship in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine. His clinical and research interests focus on interventional pulmonology, with particular expertise in pleural and airway diseases. He has also expanded his work into the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in medicine and has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications.
