handling and complication management.<\/li>\n<li>Stage the mediastinum systematically with EBUS-TBNA and obtain tissue adequate for molecular testing.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the right guided-bronchoscopy platform for the peripheral nodule and perform radial EBUS and transbronchial cryobiopsy safely.<\/li>\n<li>Manage central airway obstruction with rigid bronchoscopy, debulking and airway stenting, and select patients for bronchoscopic lung volume reduction.<\/li>\n<li>Use thoracic ultrasound and medical thoracoscopy to diagnose and manage pleural disease, including malignant effusion, pleural
