If you wish to apply, please send the completed document back to us by January 18, 2020.  Download Form Kindly note that in addition to sending us this document, every applicant must give a brief presentation on his or her proposed host site and plans at our Board of Regents meeting on April 16, 2020 at the Shanghai WCBIP congress (more details in the linked application form). |
