If you wish to apply, please send the completed document back to us by July 1, 2024.  Download Form Kindly note that in addition to sending us this document, selected applicants must give a brief presentation on his or her proposed host site and plans at our Board of Regents meeting on October 23 at the Bali Indonesia WCBIP congress (more details in the linked application form). |
